Samples

As an technical writer at salesforce.com I wrote documentation on PRM and created the documentation process for all of our documention. Some examples of this work follow:

• Apex Web Services API Developer's Guide (Version 9.0)I
• Parner Relationship Management

As a documentation manager, I was responsible for documenting four products at Oracle - JDeveloper, Forms, Designer, and an internal project. As well as managing a team of 16, including another manager, I also write some content. Some examples of my writing follow.

• How to Performance Tune an ADF Business Components (ADF BC) Application
  This whitepaper is based on a note by a technical support representative, but the final product is all my writing.
• Oracle JDeveloper
  I was responsible for the organization and design of this set of documentation. Parts of the "Getting Started" section and deployment sections are still my writing.
• JDeveloper Samples
  I wrote the support material (and several of the samples) for the JDeveloper 9.0.5.2 release.
